Materials and Treatments
We machine a wide range of materials, from standard grades to special alloys, in diameters from 3 to 42 mm, using round, hexagonal, and shaped bars. Main materials include:
AVP (11SMnPb37/30), 36SMnPb14, grade 8.8 steel, AVZ (11SMn37), stainless steel, brass, aluminium, Teflon, and other technical plastics.
We work with certified treatment suppliers for:
zinc plating (Cr6-free), Type II or IV zinc, transparent or black zinc-nickel, Geomet, phosphating, black oxide, thread-locker application, nickel plating, heat treatments, and thermal deburring.
All treatments are available upon customer request and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
